The 2024 Joint Clergy Retreat will take place April 28-30 at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel in Celoron, New York. Registration will open at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 28, and the program will begin with dinner at 6 p.m. The retreat will conclude on Tuesday, April 30, following lunch.

Titled “Taking the lead on YOU,” this year’s program will be a time for renewing our spirits through the lenses of resilience, reconnection with passions, communication, collaboration and play.

Dr. Amy Alfred will lead the retreat with assistance from the Rev. Tony Pompa, partnership canon for congregational support. Alfred is a licensed psychologist with more than 30 years of experience who works with clergy and lay leaders to strengthen their organizations as well as themselves, and has particularly examined what she calls “the three C’s” — communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution — as vehicles for promoting meaningful change, deepening conversation, and enhancing greater understanding, insight, and productivity.

Register online by April 5. Hotel rooms will be assigned after registration.
