The partnership dioceses maintain four joint committees that are charged with creating opportunities for long-term collaboration and freeing up the diocesan councils for more strategic work. Read more about the committees, which began work in early 2023.
Grants Committee
The Grants Committee is charged with improving the grants process for congregations and streamlining the diocesan council’s grant allocations.

The Audit Committee is responsible for facilitating the canonically required audits of congregations, tracking compliance, and assisting with follow-up on any audit notes.

Building Committee
The Building Committee is responsible for creating and maintaining a strategic plan for the buildings and property of the partnership, including assisting congregations with safety checks and building maintenance plans and maintaining a list of recommended contractors. This committee also advises on strategic decisions about the sale and repurposing of property.
